Help and Support problem

When i choose help and support I get the message Windows cannot help and
support because a system service is not running. When I cheacked the service
status Start button I got "Error 1083: The executable program that this
service is configured to run does not implement the service. Does anyone have
any ideas, Thanks.
 
Hello, this link did start up the service under Help and Support Services
(Local) and I am one step closer since the error message does not appear any
more. When I click on Help and Support in the Start menu I have no responce.
