Help and Support Gone!

Hi I posted the following problem on the 7th, I got some
answers (Thanks!!) & tried the suggestions but they
didn't work. They say my registry is fine. Any other
suggestions PLEASE!

Someone PLEASE help me. I have Windows XP Home on my
computer and I cannot get the Help & Support Center to
open. When I click on it, it looks like it's going to
open & then nothing. I really don't want to have to
reinstall if their is any other way. If ANYONE has any
ideas I would be grateful. Thanks, Luci
