Help and support for help and support

I've recently purchased a new computer and Windows XP home was installed for
me by the Computer Company....when I try to access the Windows Help and
Support section by hitting "Start" and "Help". I get
nothing.....zilch....not a sausage!



Does anyone have any ideas, please? Please talk to me as if you were trying
to explain nuclear physics to an amoeba.
