When I click on Help and Support in the Start menu I am
getting the error message "Windows cannot
find 'helpctr.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly
and try again. To search for a file, click the Start
button then click Search."

What should I do to rectify this. I am using Windows XP
Home - and I do NOT have a CD with the OS on it. It was
pre-installed by the manufacturer - Pakard Bell.

Please advise.
(I would be grateful for an e-mail reply.)

Hi Frederick,

Are you able to launch Help Center from Start/Run dialog ?

"C:\Windows\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\helpctr.exe"
