Yes, I did use a reg cleaner. I did read the docs.
Maybe I did not understand them real well. I did back up
the registry. The next tip worked excellently.

EasyCleaner 1.7 by ToniArts will do this every time.
It erases the links to Help and Support.
I have only been able to fix the problem two ways;
1. Use Norton Utilities Go Back to undo what EasyCleaner deleted.
2. Reinstall Windows XP Home Edition
