Help and support center

Can someone help me with this issue?
When I type a querry into the 'Help and Support Center" on
my computer I do not get an answer. I do get results when
using the index tab though. I use the help and support on
my other XP unit and it works fine.
 
In the toolbar pick on Options and make sure settings
are what you want. Remember in the Knowledge Base
search you only get "one" option.
