Help and Support Center missing text

When I open it, the right half of the window has the little green arrows,
but no words next to them. Any ideas on how to get the words back? Please cc

Help and Support - Text is missing
Some themes affect the text in help and support. Try switching back to an
original XP theme which might fix the problem.
