Help and Support Center instead of System Information

I searched this group for possible solutions to the problem and found
out I'm missing an index.dat file located in %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr
\OfflineCache. Does anyone know where I can obtain a correct version
of this file? Thanks.

Nevermind, someone already answered my previous post (thanks). I
posted twice because I didn't think the original went through.
