Help And Support center doesn't run. The mouse pointer gets the egg timer for a few seconds and then it's as though I've done nothing!!! Any idea'

Or go to Start > run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally
reinstall help and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible (Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder
Options > View Tab) first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd and may need to know the location of the folders
Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 and Windows\System32\dllcache.

the same thing is happening to me when I click on user accounts in the control panel, i also would like to know what is going on
