My help file isn't there. I've been through all the normal answers like
hkeys missing (they aren't) etc and am trying via the cd disk to do a system
repair.
It does fine until it asks for an administers password. There is none. I
can log on as "user", "glenn", "administrator" by just hitting "enter" on
the password request. When the cd demands one, I have used "enter", a
generic name like "none" and "password" and it still kicks out saying I
missed 3 times and I've struck out.
I have looked at
How to Remove the Content Advisor Password in Internet Explorer
http://www.habari.co.tz/node/howto/remove.content.advisor.html
There's nothing there.
I have done a search for password in the regs and found none unless it is in
hex and I didn't recognize it. Possibly one of the keys with 00000000(1)
might be the villain.
Please help the microsoft writers reputation because the farther I go in
this thing, the more detrimental I describe their ancestral heritage.
