HELP! All typing on the internet

When I'm on the internet, whenever I try to type, my fonts
jump from lower case to upper and some times it skips
around if I hit a key a window pops up or the cursor just
disappears for awhile and if I use the mouse it will come
back, or if I type a few letters of a sentence the cursor
disappears. What's hapening???????
