Help! Access denied - disk full or write protected

I keep getting this message when trying to delete one folder in another
folder - other stuff goes okay but this one is sticking!

Any ideas how to get rid of it? It's empty........but it will NOT go!

You may be able to delete it in safemode, or have you already tried that.

You need to press F8 before windows starts to load, if you miss it try again
and keep tapping F8 after the bios loads and before windows. You get a menu
and can select safemode.

Hi

After you reboot your system, keep tapping the F8 key. You'll come to a
screen that has Safe Mode as one of the options.
