help 2000 windows to XP did it sorta

I sorta installed xp on my 2000.i put XP disk in an nothing else. [daa im a
homer] total phsical memory 254.48mb,available 148.01mb? total virtual
memory 880.41mb, avail. 540.35mb? page file space 625.92mb? disk drive
27.95gb -total cylinders 3,877, -sectores 58,620,240, -tracks 930,480 -
tracks/cylinder 240--disk/partion #0 --partion size 27.95 gb --starting
offset 32,256 byts????not good right can i fix this right and how???help tis
works sllloooow and freezes.please somone helpmaybe u can call me??? i like
to fix this

What type of CPU/motherboard? What type of video/graphics
do you have, how much VRAM?

Did you run disk cleanup before you began the upgrade? Did
you defrag before the upgrade?

Have you run defrag after the upgrade?

Did you run the upgrade advisor (on the CD) to check for
problems before beginning the upgrade?
