help!!!! 2 user account 1 lost :(

i recieved some answer from another list but that didnt work i had 2 accounts
going and 1 just seem to disappear the main one with all my important
docouments
and everything being new to computers are they lost forever? i was told to
click ctrl+alt+del twice in succession then enter "administrator"to use it
but the task manger comes up and wont let me type anything in it under users
i hope some one can help im a computer dud and im pulling my hair out lol

Hi,

The tip to use ctrl+alt+delete is meant to be used at the logon screen, not
while a user is logged on, and it only works in XP Pro. If you boot to Safe
mode, can you see the other user account? Can you log in to it?

HI thanks 4 all the help Nutcase LOL (thats cute ) i can see it in safe
mode.so alls not lost i jsut freaked its so weird for months thats all i had
then boom i added another for my hubby and it goes! lol now im just
transfering all the docs. and stuff. i should have taking a few classes
instead of just jumping feet first with a computer lol
