i am new to useing forumes

my Q is


i had my laptop reformatid and ever since stuff like :

on a laptops fingerpad ( u no ur mouse) u can scroll up and down the page like a weal if u hold and drag

but mine dosnt .

and the butons to change the britnes is random n berly works

and the hibernation buton dosnt work

its probly uninstlalled drivers but were to get them?

my laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1300 its like 2 yrs old
its :

Xp home addition

version 2002

sp2

celeron m

1 gb ram

80 gb hd

reformatted more 3 times i think

since the first reformatt all the stuff like the FN keas dont work and the finger pad scroller dosnt work
