hello,i need help!

tried to boot up the computer!
boots up but no icons including the start menu!
also the mouse can move but nothing else happens!
anti virus found
w32.Randex.gen virus
Backdoor.IRC.AladinzH virus
can anyone help coz there doesnt seem patches for these
viruses and im crap on the computer!yes and of course im
scottish/edinburgh so that explains a lot!HELP PLEASE
