Helix server monopolizes my CPU (100%) on W2k

I setup Helix Universal Basic Server with W2k. Just after rebooting my
Pc I noticed that I could not use it as fast and stable as before. I
checked the CPU in the Task Manager and discovered that a process
named "rserver.exe" cornered the CU activity about 100%. I tryed to
manually terminate the processus from the Task Manager unsuccessfully.
No way to make its priority lower..

I decided to uninstall Helix server and recovered my initial W2k's
speed and stability. But how could I restore Helix server without
letting "rmserve.exe" monopolyze my OS ? What is the way to let such a
process live without having 100% of CPU activity.

Have you tried asking the folks over at RealNetworks what their software
is doing to your server?
