hebrew font not display , and question mark are displayed
instead.
in toolbars, menus and etc.
 
Have you installed language support for Hebrew? If not, try the following
steps to do so:

1. Start > Run
2. Enter "control intl.cpl,,1" (without the quotes) and hit OK
3. Check the box next to "Install files for complex script and
right-to-left languages"
4. Hit Apply
