Hebrew spell checker

Anyone know where I can get an equivalent of "Microsoft Office 2000 Proofing
Tools" for Office 2000, so I can spell-check German and Hebrew?

There used to be some sites where one could get proofing tools for Word, but
they never had Hebrew. That proofing tool came with Word. For some reason
Office 2000 in an English GUI has only 2 Englishes, French and Spanish. The
official (and expensive) MS Proofing package seems unavailable. There must
be someone out there who can suggest a solution!

Very hard to spell-check Hebrew without having explicit nikkud in the text.
