Headers and footers

Is there a simple way to put the same header or footer on
all of the sheets in a work book, without going to each
one.
 
Group your sheets Ginnyc

Right click on a sheet tab and choose select all sheets
Add your header ot footer
Right click on a sheet tab and choose ungroup
