Header says ALLOWED but text says it blocked the item

I am getting quite a few popups in which the header says
(with the big green check mark) that it has allowed a
change but the popup text reads that it actually has
blocked the item change. So far, none of these have had
any extended information available, either. I am very
unclear as to which has actually happened without any
click on my part.

can you grab one of these long enough to get in a ctrl-a, ctrl-c and copy
the text to a message? You might have to add the header in--not sure
what'll get captured.

I've seen very few Green popups, in general, and I'm not sure I've read them
carefully--I tend to read enough to be sure that the activity being alerted
to is one I know about and expect.

yea i got the same pop-up where the messege say(green
circle with checkmark) An Internet Explorer Change has
been Allowed below that theres a messege that microsoft
antispyware has blocked site.

this is a typos or bug, but im sure its a typos
