Header - print on first page only?

I have a spreadsheet that prints out on 3 pages of A4. However, the header
prints at the top of each page. How do I get it to print at the top of the
first page, only, please?

Two separate print jobs are required.

You can use a macro to speed it up but it is still two print jobs.
