Header date format

Fernando Brines Aparisi

I run Fax Service built-in Windows 2000 Pro.
When a fax is sent OK, a header is written in the TIF file.
But the date format is wrong: i.e. "m/17/aaaa" instead of "17/12/2003".

Does anybody know how to change this?

Note: I run Windows 2000 Pro in spanish.
