Header and Footer

My graphic artist sent my letterhead in jpeg format so that I could use it
to create documents via email and/or in Word. I click on send to and then
sent it to a new document in Word. Then the problem is how to use this
graphic as a header. Once I click header/footer I can not manipulate the
graphic, it appears to be in the background. Do I open Word first and then
send the graphic into the document? Any assistance would be much
appreciated...

View | Header and Footer. In the Header pane, Insert | Picture | From File
and navigate to where you have your picture stored. In Line With Text will
probably be the appropriate wrapping if this is just the header; if it's a
full-page graphic, you'll need to format it as "Behind Text" and then format
the empty paragraphs in the header and footer as needed to clear the graphic
elements.

For a letterhead, you should really be putting this in the First Page Header
(after choosing "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup); see
