HDMP files

I have a number of large files in subdirectories of my
\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp
directory called Explorer.EXE.hdmp. What is an hdmp
file? Are these files that I can move or delete? Thanks
for any help.

This is the uncompressed version of the memory dump from an application
failure for Windows Error Reporting. Unless you are in the process of
submitting the error report, these should be safe to remove.
