I assume harddisk2 is my third HDD (Seagate) in my system since it goes
from 0 to 2 (0, 1, 2). Am I correct? I haven't changed anything in my
system. chkdsk /r /f /v didn't show any problems.

Thank you in advance.

First try running "chkdsk /f" on this drive. If that finds no errors, most HD
manufacturers have diagnostic programs you can download and run to verify that
the drive is functioning correctly.

Also if you put an ATA133 HD on an ATA100 controller you may experience these
symptoms.

Unlikely HD failure - Combination of error ID 51 and the following from your
post "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk2\D during a paging"
(note reference to paging) indicates a paging file problem. Also "Harddisk2'
and "D" may indicate the default location "C" of the paging file has been
altered.

FYI. More information (don't think it is Seagate drive since pagefile
doesn't exist there and yes, I have one on the second old HDD):

Actually, I did put it there on purpose. I have one on C: (200 MB) and
one on G:. I didn't have room on C: drive for a big pagefile so I had to
use another drive so I decided to use a separate physical HDD. Now, I
put G: pagefile to E: to see if it makes any differences.

Unlikely HD failure - Combination of error ID 51 and the following from your
