hct 12.1.01 and XPx64

I am having a problem running the HCT 12.1.01 universal test on XP x64
(release).
On three different machines, HCT will not run the ACPI stress because it
says the system does not support S3 and S4. I am pretty sure these systems do
support S3 and S4.
Any ideas?
