Having turned on ICF, how do I share files on my VPN?

Have 2 PC's in home network setup. Having turned on the ICF to prevent worm
attack what do I now have to do to enable me to share files between the two
PC's I have at home? Can I no longer share files?

Turn off firewall for the LAN card. You need to protect the internet source
only. If you have two network cards, 1 for internet and 1 for home network,
turn On the firewall for the internet source only.
