Having trouble with a spyware in my comp...

I downloaded the new Spyware remover from Microsoft and even though it has
removed most of the programs, apparently it cannot take one out because it
does the scan and says to do a reboot and then the remaining spy/adwares will
be removed but once I finish rebooting it tells me to reboot and the process
starts all over again.

The file is called Adware-Qoologic.
