Having trouble running program

Hi I am trying to run a program called mp3+g toolz I am getting the following error message. c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\V11.4322\msxorwks.dll could not be loaded. I made sure net.framework was downloaded first and then installed mp3+g toolz. Can anyone help I am totally lost and I have downloaded both programs at least 5 times eac

Which version of the framework have you downloaded, and (silly
question, I know) did you actually *install* the framework as well as
just downloading it?

Did any of you figure this one out? I have the same issue. After I
installed frame work from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...EE-A83F-4E21-B05A-009D06457787&displaylang=en
I get the same error.
