Dear All,

I have an XP computer which is running SP2. I have
installed Virusscan 7.1 and trying to resolve the update
problem of viruscan 7.1.

I am unable to download KB838909 which contains the
update solution. I am hoping that somebody has Info
regarding where can I download this update.

Thank you very much.

The KB838909 update is only available via Windows Update. If you are
unable to download it, I would suggest uninstalling SP2 since it is a beta
product that is not quite ready for prime time. Beta sofware should not
be installed on a computer used for everyday, critical computing.

There is a new newsgroup dedicated to SP2 RC1 beta you should post to.
