Having to "Allow" windows mail every time I go to my mail

When I hit my windows mail shortcut, a window pops up and asks if I want to
allow Windows Mail to open! It is my default mail so why do I have to keep
approving it to open?
 
Anything special about that shortcut, such as running in admin mode?
Delete that shortcut and create a new one.
