having problem with NetSend

is there anyway of blocking netsend. Recently i showed students the NetSend and how it can be used in a store where you need to be able to send messages, anyway thats not the point. because i showed them to open note pad do the commands then save it has a *.bat file and exacute it. i need to block it it is driving me mad. they do
Netsend everyone windows wants you to shut down. dumb ass kids, sorry mick, think they really need to shut down.

Here is a description of how to stop net send locally and by blocking ports
on a router or firewall.

alternatively, you can disable the Messenger Service on each w/s, it's a
wise idea anyways as to block Messenger spam.
