Having Outlook BCC you on all outgoing email

Does anyone know if there is a way to have outlook 2007 automatically BCC my
email address on all outgoing mail. I want to make sure the sent email from
outlook is available in a Thunderbird email client that I use as a portable

Hello Ed,
Have a look at http://www.sperrysoftware.com they have a program that
will do this. I do not believe that it is built into Outlook by default.
