having major problem

when i first turn on my computer it shows a blue screen and says error an a
bunch of numbers then INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. me myself, im not a computer
wiz and i dont know what to do.My friend had been on my computer and had
gotten a zlob trojan and spyware quake.I had gotten spyware quake off using
a spyware program but the zlob wont come out so im guessing by common sense
the reason why my computer isnt working is because of the viruses. If anybody
can help me out with the problem please repost on this and try and guide me
through it and help me reboot my computer completely.

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1

It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this

guess im gunna have to. i would have no problems with it rlly but it wont let
me get out of the one screen that says error so i guess im gunna have to take
your advice
