Having comments link to other workbooks

Is it possible to have a hyperlink in a comment to retrive info from another
workbook?
 
I think you'll find that you can't even have a live hyperlink in a comment--much
less a hyperlink that retrieves a value.

Maybe you could just have a plain old link in an adjacent cell that retrieves a
value from that other workbook???
