Hi, I recently transferred all of my applications (Easy
cd creator, Clone DVD, windows patches and various other
software onto another PC via a network connection and
since then, SOME of the .exe files icons have changed to
the standard windows icon and now when I double click on
them, they open a dos window then it closes again. It
hasn't affected all of my apps I transferred. Any help
would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. John

P.S Not sure if this is necessary but the PC I originally
transferred the apps from is using NTFS file system,
whereas the destination drive is using FAT32.

In general, it may mean the data is corrupted.

Also, copying exe and ancilliary files to a knew location
after a product has been installed in one locaton is not kosher;
widows expects them to be in a certain place;
windows references, registry refereces, etc,etc.
fat32 or ntfs is not a factor.
