HELLO, I'M SENDING THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE I'VE BEEN HAVING A LITTLE PROBLEM
WITH MY COMPUTER. THE OTHER DAY IT STARTED LOADING SLOW AND EVERY ONCE IN
AWHILE I WOULD GET THESE ERROR MESSAGES. NOW I HAVE THESE TWO COMPUTER ICONS
AT THE BOTTOM OF MY COMPUTER SCREEN THAT WON'T DISAPPEAR. I NOTICED THAT IN
THE DOWNLOADING PROGRAMS THAT I HAVE, IT LOOKED LIKED SOMEONE DOWNLOADED SOME
EXTRA STUFF IN MY FOLDER THAT I WOULD NEVER DOWNLOAD AND IT WAS HIGHLIGHTED
IN RED. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND HOW I
CAN POSSIBLY GET RID OF THE COMPUTER ICONS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SCREEN. WHEN
I CLICK ON THE ICON IT JUST SHOWS SOMETHING ABOUT THE LOCAL AREA CONNECTION
THAT I HAVE .

Please do not post all in caps! It's the equivalent of shouting and in
terms of nettiquette condered bad manners.

What appears in Event Viewer?

appear in a previous boot.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.
