Have uninstalled windows xp 2 now have problems with Outlook Expre

Hi there
Here's hoping somebody can help. I'm not very good with computers but I
installed xp 2 and had problems with my scanner, microsfot advised me to
uninstall xp 2 which I have done. But now I can't get Outlook express 6.
When I try it either freezes or is unresponsive...then I have to shut down
and start again. I've spen a fortune on trrying to solve this problem and
nothng seems to work. Also when the screen freezes I can here in the
background that something is happening but nothing does then I just here a
click as the connection is broken..

Any advice please.....It will have to be step by step as I am new to this.

You night want to repost this to the Outlook Express newsgroup. There is a lot of experts there to help you with this issue. This is a Outlook group which is not the same as Outlook Express.

To get to that group copy\paste the link below and put it in your IE Browsers address bar. You need to do it this way since you are posting via the CDO interface. Good Luck
