Have Open Dialogue Remember Settings

Windows XP, Office XP

Is there a way to have the open dialogue remember folders opened from
previous sessions? When I click the file/open, it defaults to the "My
Documents" folder under my user profile in Documents and Settings, I would
like it to default to a different directory.

The only option available is, to set FP to open the last open web under
Tools | Options...
