Have lost all folders and emails in Outlook 2003!!!

I somehow managed to replace my gmail emails which were on Outlook 2003 to my
yahoo emails- which I never use. I cannot figure out how to transfer it back
to how it was and to retrieve all the gmail emails, my calendar, notes which
I have been working from for over 2 years! HELP. Johanna

Crosspost if you need, to maintain a single thread, not multi post which
leads to mutiple threads, thus wasting everybodies time & effort
