Have I lost everything???

I have XP home and I have deleted an account with all files contained in
it. I want it back, I've tried system restore. It brings back the
account empty, can I get the files/pictures and music back?

If you opted to delete the files as well as the account, then I'm afraid you
won't have much luck retrieving them. How did you delete the account - via
Control Panel>User Accounts?

Did you choose the option to save the accounts data?
If so, look where you told Windows to save the data.

System Restore is not designed to restore personal data.
