Have forgotten my email password how do I find it?

I have forgotten my password for outlook express and don't know how to either
find it or create a new one. Can someone help me?

You'd have to contact your ISP or mail provider to get it back or changed.

Ask your ISP for your account information.

If the password is for your email account at your ISP you will need to
contact them.

If the password was placed on an identity in Outlook Express your best
option is to create a new identity and import your mail from the protected
one (see

more information).
