have error '0x80042108 - how can I access emails?

Am receiving message

Task pop internet.com receiving reported error (0x80042108) Outlook is
unable to connect to your incoming pop3 email server. What do I need to do
so I may access my emails today?
 
Verify that your account settings are correct and that your ISP is not
having any issues.
