I get this error message on all 5 of my email account on Outlook 2002. Until
yesterday all had been working find for several years.

Task 'mail.mail.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) :
'Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

Do you have antivirus or firewall software? Since it's unlikely 5 different
email providers (or however many you're using) would all be having server
issues at the same time, then either your ISP is suddenly blocking POP3
traffic (which isn't likely) or you have software on your PC that monitors
traffic on that (and other) ports (which is most likely).

If you have antivirus that integrates with your email program then disable
the integration and see if you can send/receive again.
