have changed settings on access db,can no longer get to design or.

Having changed some of the properties. to remove toolbars etc, I can no
longer get back from a form to the design or form views. Is there anything I
can do to overide something, so I can reverse the actions I have taken ???

Try holding down the shift key while you open the database.
