have a sound everytime i open a new web page

Start | Control Panel | Sounds, Speech, and Audio devices | Sounds and Audio
Devices | Sounds
Scroll down and turn off Start Navigation and Complete Navigation.
 
thank you. it was set to play a sound when navigation completed. solved
