if you are referring
to sp3 for windows xp,
it is highly likely it
is the beta / experimental
version and not to be
used by the main stream.

when it is ready for the
main stream it will be
provided via microsoft.com
update site.

I believe there is an sp3 for microsoft word but NOT for windowsxp .

Aside from betas (which you should ignore), not yet. It is scheduled
for "first half of 2008".
