Has anyone developed or is using inkeeping templates?

I am looking for a Microsoft shareware template program developed
specifically for inkeeping or motels.
 
I have worked in that industry for quite a while but hadn't thought about
creating a system in Excel. If anyone responds, I'll be surprised. Good
luck!
