Has anyone created a rule to redirect email in outlook 2003?

When creating a rule the option to redirect email to a person or an
distribution list does not appear in the list even though it is documented on

I have upgraded to Outlook 2003 SP1 but still no luck.

There's an option to FORWARD, not redirect. If you want to REDIRECT, you'll
have to set up a server-side rule if you're using Exchange, or ask your ISP
if not.

I think you need to be using Exchange as your mailbox. For me, the action
immediately follows the "forward it..." action.
